Q'ente Tour Operator for inca trail hike Not so good

We planned our 4 day trip with Q'ente (Humming Bird)a Spanish tour company which is considered to be a good one. But this choice turned as a a bad luck to us. Moreover their attitude can't be said "professional". They changed our tour plan without informing us.The original plan was to go from Auguas Calientes to Cuzco by train. they made it by bus. But when we reached Ollantaytambo there was no bus waiting for us with our names on.

Other than that our guide was not that much informative. He didn't want to tell us anything about the culture and historical places if we didn't have asked him.

Other staffs did their best to keep us happy. good food, quick arrangement at every stoppage made us to feel comfortable.

I want to inform you another thing .

you will have to book an extra porter for carrying your things with some extra money. Otherwise hiking will be a little bit difficult for you. I did this mistake. The number of porters with a group depends on how many people are included in that group and how much cooking materials, equipments and tents are to be carried by them.
